This hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms were comfortable but noisy, and I had some issues with charges for amenities. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers rooms with deep soaking tubs, lovely amenities, and extremely comfortable beds. The room was clean, equipped with a settee, desk, fridge, and a coffee setup. The modern amenities were up to date and very comfortable, especially for our young children.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely wonderful, located on the 15th floor, providing a fantastic view. They were clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was top-notch with a very courteous and fast staff who were incredibly friendly. The location was ideal for my business needs during this trip, being perfectly near everything I wanted to see. One minor downside was that it wasn't close to other restaurants or shopping, but overall, it worked well for my needs. The dining experience was fantastic, with a variety of options available 24 hours a day, and the overall facilities were excellent, enhancing my entire stay.
